Isalie was established by husband and wife team, Claire and Graham Garlick in 2008.

We launched the business selling our handmade soup, cakes and pizzas at local Farmers' Markets.

We are now proud to be running a very successful catering and events company.

From small acorns grow amazing oak trees, and we have been so  proud to cater for many prominent local businesses.

Grass Roots, Get Stuffed Comedy, Chilfest, Berkhamsted Chamber of Commerce, Tring Together, Berko Raiders, Berkhamsted Cricket Club and Vanarama.

Our pizzas and soups were are sold for many years in P.E. Meads farm shop in Wilstone in Cafe in the Woods, Wendover.

In 2014 the business took a different direction and we secured the bar and catering management at Berkhamsted Tennis, Squash and Rackets Club, in the heart of the town.

To concerntrate on our flagship premises, we gave up the farmer's markets and concerntrated on popping corks, pulling pints, and outside catering.

We still deliver to many clients that first tasted our food back at Tring Farmer's Market, their support and kindness helped us so much during the dark days of the Pandemic.

Our resilience and ability to diversify saw the huge success of our  'Delivered to Your Door' Afternoon Tea and Grazing Box Menus.

In 2022 we were delighted to start a match day, hospitality and eveny catering partnership with Tring Athletic Football Club.

So much has changed in the last 14 years, but our beautiful little children that used to help pack the bags, are now young adults who are still very much involved in the day to day running of the business. 

And most importantly, we still love what we do.

Our ethos of creating a local family catering company, that offers excellent service, and delicious food has not faltered.
